Exchange & Refund Policy
In-Person Exchange
To initiate an exchange, customers must visit our clinic in person. We kindly request that you bring the following items with you:
- The original product(s) you wish to exchange. Item must be in its original & unopened/sealed packaging & in re-sellable condition.
- A copy of the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
- Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement product of equal or higher value, subject to availability.
Exchange Conditions
Please note the following conditions for product exchanges:
In-Person Refund
To initiate a refund, customers must visit our clinic in person. We kindly request that you bring the following items with you:
Refund Conditions
- The product(s) must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Full refund within seven (7) days from the date of purchase for regular-priced items.
- Full refund within three (3) days from the date of purchase for discounted items.
- Item paid in cash, will be refunded in cash.
- Items paid using a credit card or debit card – refund by bank to the same credit card account.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
Additional Information
Please note that dermo-cosmetics & cosmetics items that need to be refunded or exchanged should be stored in the fridge under 8 ̊ C.
